Window Cleaning Guild Membership Terms and Conditions

 

Membership

All members agree to not posting any negative or derogatory comments or statements about any other member or member of the public on the Window Cleaning Guild website. Any member found doing this will be immediately moved as a member and their position on the Window Cleaning Guild website will also be removed

Members also agree not to post any derogatory or negative comments on any other online platform by including or referencing the Window Cleaning Guild at any time. Any member found doing this will be immediately moved as a member and their position on the Window Cleaning Guild website will also be removed

Members agree not to post any derogatory comments or statements about the Window Cleaning Guild or the the Window Cleaning Guild website. Any member found doing this will be immediately moved as a member and their position on the Window Cleaning Guild website will also be removed​

 

Paid for Membership

Members paying an annual subscription will also be included in all the conditions above during the tenure of their membership whether they are Founder Members or Associate Members.

Membership to the Window Cleaning Guild is for a 12 month period with no additional costs during that period unless new services are offered to members who opt to pay for those services if they choose to.

Complaints

In the event of any complaints received to the Page1Google UK organisation from any buyer, the Page1Google UK organisation reserves right to make sole judgement on the credibility of the complaint received.

In all cases the complainant has all the rights afforded to them under British Law to take alternate action based on those rights.

Refunds

Refunds are only permitted within 14 days from the date of purchase, and only when the products and/or services contained within any purchased product/service have not been provided already OR that were promised in that service/product description and not delivered in the time specified in the product/service timetable described for that product/service on the website at the time the purchase was made.

In the case of purely online based products/services delivery will be within the description times stated for that product/service on the website. In the case of delivery being delayed by the lack of the information required from the buyer affecting the delivery times, late delivery will not be granted a  refund 

Privacy & Security

For your security, the Page1Google UK organisation only uses the data publicly displayed on the website Google Map provided when that information was provided freely by the purchaser at the time of the purchase necessary to meet the terms detailed in each product/service when requested for publication of that data, and the Page1Google UK organisation agrees to remove any such data on request from the purchaser within 24 hours of receipt of any such request.
